New user

We are pretty new to the app and our device just arrived but so far it is everything I had hoped it would be! Still learning all the features but I have multiple kids in multiple sports and I think we are finally going to stay on top of things this year

Nori

Nori is literally the best calendar, planner, recipe etc all in one family management! I literally got a phone call from Nori to remind me that my lunch time was over and it was time to head back to work!!! I love it!!!

So far so good

So far so good hopefully it continues to make my expectations. It’s hard because I had an app that I really liked. And it got taken down off of Apple. I don’t know the reasons so it’s been hard to find an app that meets my expectations like the one I previously have on my device. Hopefully, it will meet my expectations. The only thing I have a complaint on is I wish I could download the app on a watch. I’d make it even better in my opinion but otherwise no complaints. I don’t own the wall device that this app is designed for. But so far I am liking the app. It’s definitely better in my opinion than the other apps that is more to wall devices.

Marriage and Mom Saver

I absolutely needed this app for my sanity. And let me tell you it’s built by moms and busy families!! I love the Nori AI help with meal planning and grocery list and the pics of school schedules add

Sooo good

Love!!!!!!

Great!

Awesome so far

New user but so far so good…

I have only been using this a bit over a week but so far I’m loving it.

It ticks a lot of the boxes I’ve been looking for, that have led to other digital organisations failing in the past: simple interface, intuitive (I’m not
Tech savvy), verbal input, visually pleasing, non intrusive reminders that are just enough to keep you on track…

I am currently trying to design a home-based system and was previously looking at Cozyla (I had ruled out skylight calendar for other reasons)… now considering Cozyla with nori app installed vs Nori’s own
Screen…. I had been leaning towards the 24” which nori don’t do, but it’s not a deal breaker.

I will aim to update this review after a month or so of actual use with
The kids…

And will now ask the cute cat to put it in my calendar! Hahaha

Buena

Makes everything easier about life without making it feel like a routine

Love

Is so fun it reminds me to clean my room to do my laundry and load the dishwasher. It’s perfect.

Updates

I would like this better if it had premade/ store bought food

NORI app

Really good and make everything easy

It’s good

But lots of subscription stuff

Absolutely love…but

This is the best ‘to do’/family management app I’ve found. The only problems I have are not being able to organize to do lists in alphabetical order or have a way to order things by room (like “dish soap (kitchen)” or “fold towels (bathroom)”. I am organizational by room and/or alphabetically. I don’t want to have to keep switching between folders or trying to scroll through a bunch of different lists.

So far amazing

Hoping this will help our busy family keep up with schedules and tasks. So far my kids are loving the tasks and rewards! The calendar is nicely laid out. We currently are only using the free version and it does everything I need, may upgrade once schedules get crazy in the fall

Love it

Amazing my family loves it best app

Such an amazing concept

It needs some tweaks in my opinion.

There are some problems with the ai assistant, I’ve noticed.

It doesn’t integrate with the grocery list very well, I had added some groceries before making a meal plan and after the meal plan asked Nori if it could delete the groceries that wouldn’t be part of the meal plan.
It said it did, but I ended up having to manually delete those groceries instead anyway.
Also it doesn’t seem to understand doubling up.
For example: when I asked for a meal plan spanning two weeks, bc keep the meal plan the same each week (I.e chicken noodle soup on both Monday nights) it only added the grocery amount for one week.

However I do love this app, Nori has been great for coming up with easy recipes on the go, for meals I never would have thought of myself, and has been a big help in less grocery waste in that regard.
Nori is also great in helping you plan healthy meals and was even able to come up with recipes for VERY specific needs.
ADHD brain boost, meals that only take a certain amount of time to make, hyper mobility issues, and certain vitamin needs in my meals, all combined even Nori was able flexibly come up with recipes al that in mind, which I found impressive.
Nori is a big help when it comes to meal planning as well.
Other than the above issues, it was able to help me come up with a meal plan for dinner that could also be roll over into next day easy to throw together lunches.

It’s a good app, just needs some adjustments

Also I know the kid reward is new, I hope yall consider changing the renew and set it to specific days or weeks, instead of just renewing right away. Some chores are weekly, and some kids like to take advantage and do the same easy chores twice to garner the same reward over and over when you don’t have that kind of money.
Not my kid, but some 👀

Recipe tab not functional

Have spent hours on Nori AI trying to fix a problem. You cannot create cookbook categories tabs under the recipe tab. This is essential to save having to wade through pages of recipes to locate what you want. For example I want to group my recipes under specific headings - Breakfast/lunch/dinner etc but am unable to do so

Great but with one MAJOR issue

The app looks great but the major issue is the ad notifications for AI tools which most people will ignore. That makes this app fall into the category of apps to ignore. An app whose entire basis is notification based (calendar events, tasks, reminders) which are very important completely falls apart if people can’t rely on notifications. Now when I see Nori notifications, to me it’s just garbage that the app is sending me to annoy me into paying for the pro version. Why would I use an app like that?

Response from developer

Thank you for the feedback! Just to clarify — Nori has no in-app ads, and our push notifications are only sent a few days ahead to help you plan your upcoming week. Could you share more details of the notification you're referring to? We'd love to look into it!

Way more than I expected

I originally downloaded Nori to keep my family’s schedules and reminders all in one place, but it does so much more. I love being able to upload recipes, automatically create grocery lists, and even get recipe ideas from ingredients I already have. As a busy mom, it’s made staying organized so much easier and has helped keep everyone in our family on the same page. Definitely worth checking out!
