Glitches
It’s a nice enough bank but the app literally never will load when I need it to, continually just glitches out over and over.
Functional but ridiculously slow
The app does what you wanted it to do but switching between menus is just slow. Could take anywhere from 5 to 8 seconds.
Great all around.
Really great combination of having a local bank with a good online presence.

App doesn’t work
Genuinly haven’t been able to open the app in months. If it does open, I have to leave it loading for 5+ minutes. And that’s a MAYBE if it even opens. Husband, brother, mother… everyone I know has the same issue
Very frustrating process
Requires text message/call, then takes forever, but you better not have exited out, because you can only do it once and you need to use that first code on that first screen. Even worse, then your log-in information stops working.
Needs update
Multiple times logging in, still won't fully log in. Just keep getting log in screen even after it says I'm logged in. Been doing this since latest update. Unable to access bank info.
They finally updated the app!
It’s been a full day and no crashes or denied access! It’s working again and I’m so excited! I’m able to do online banking and then Face ID works!!
3 stars for now since it’s only been a day. I’ll let you know how it goes once I use it more often.

Crashes
Probably one of the worst apps for banking. Constantly crashes where I have to physically delete the app and re-download it. The Face ID has to constantly be setup and when putting in a payment, the screen gets cut off so you cannot see what you are doing. Needs A LOT of improvement.
What’s going on?
Had been working fine. As of last week unable to open.
Crashing
Cannot log in, keeps crashing. Seems to have started after ios14.
Trouble
I can get onto the login screen but whenever I put in my password the screen goes black and then the app closes. I’d really like to be able to fix this because I need to be able to access my bank account whenever needed. Once that’s fixed it’s a perfect app easy to use I just need to be able to get into my account.

App won’t open
My NESB app is my primary way of accessing my accounts. The last week or so I try to log in and as soon as I touch the icon, it bounces off and doesn’t open. I have deleted the app and downloaded again and still nothing
Crashes
Approximately 50% of the time the app won’t open. It flashes the logo then crashes. Restarting the phone does not fix the issue. The app will start working again after some time.
NESB App
It was working fine until recently, it seems like if I close the app too soon after opening it takes a few hours of being close to open again.
Bug problems
The app always crashes. I have to delete app and re download every time I need to check my account balance. Not very convenient.

I have had this app for a while now and ever since the bank switch the app will crash from time to time and I have to re-download which is very very annoying.

Lacking
This app has been lacking basic functions for years. Was a member of Mutual Bank and used their app which is basically identical to this one. They really need to add Face ID and Touch ID support. I’m not sure how we’re in 2020 and a banking app does not support either of these as they are very easy security features to add into any application. Please add these to your application

Delete every couple days
We used to like NESB, then Mutual did the takeover and everything went bad. The latest is the app locks up every few days, I have to delete and re-download.
