Wort app im very frustrated
Ive removed and redownloaded this app so many times all it does is give me the instructions then closes out. This app is horrible. I've wasted so long trying to get this to work and it just doesn't. If i could give it zero stars i would. Very disappointed in how bad this app is.

App doesn’t work neither the outlet generates a wi-if or Bluetooth signal to direct connect with the outlet. It just simply doesn’t work. And looking at the developer replies I’m guessing that perhaps they knew it wouldn’t work. Sad sad
All it does is crash
All the app is capable of doing is telling you the instructions and then immediately crash. Impossible to use. Worthless.

Honestly my feces is more useful than this outlet/app. It doesn’t connect, I wasted over an hour messing with it to no avail. At least when I defecate I’m getting of waste instead of adding it.

App has stopped working with iPhone. Opens. Shows how to connect, then crashes. I’ve reloaded the app. Signed in again multiple times. I finally was able to connect with my old android bit the outlets refuse to work with the timer. I’ve reset them. Redone everything. They still will not work. Even when they did work, you could not set more than one out at a time to come on and go off at the same time.

App not work
I connected the outlet and the app; however, the app doesn’t work. I try to turn on and off in the app, and nothing happened. The only way to use is to manually use the switch. Really waste a money and time

Instruction are impossible to follow. They don’t match the device. Ie. Blinking blue? Blinking blue & red? Device does both! Looks for device BEFORE WiFi is setup. App never recognized device so I returned device, which probably works fine... just not with this app.

After an hour and a half of loading and unloading the app logging in and logging out, unplugging the device and plugging it back in. Still not working. I’ve sent an email to customer support, I will post a new review once they get back to me.
IPhone X can not Register! Useless
Title says it all. After buying the plug. Followed instructions, opened app, and it won’t go past registration screen. Returned useless WiFi plug.

Make my Black Friday really black: no light with this device. The app is terrible, you need to had an user and password (for a energy plug? Come on) and to after to try to connect to WiFi was terrible, don’t know if they really connect, all this happened between 50 times the app closing by itself without cause. Lost like 2 hours trying to fix it and the result is waist more time to return everything to brandsmart tomorrow.

Hard to setup as previously mentioned, but was willing to overlook as once it was setup, it seemed to work.
However, the schedule settings do not work. It will turn the device on, but it will not turn it off at the scheduled time.
