Inconsistent information.
The app is often out of date does not contain the same information such as from other sources like Apple news. I’m a northjersey.com subscriber. Why am I not getting the same information?
Hard to navigate
The app used to be better. I’m simply trying to suspend delivery for vacation and can no longer find the link. Using the magnifying glass to search, only goes to articles. This is so annoying!
Bad. Just bad.
Glitched, constantly needing to “restore my purchase”. Delete it and rebuild from scratch.

Great place for local news and the USA today for national topics and sports, equals a great combination

My morning start!
My husband and I always enjoyed our morning paper with our coffee. When he went on dialysis five years ago, we switched to the online edition. He has since passed, but I continue to enjoy The Record and even print out the puzzles to keep my mind active. So, thank you for the many years of keeping me well informed and entertained.

Why are there so many articles bout Paterson and so many food reviews for Montclair? You would think that the area from Rutherford to Hackensack didn’t exist. Please be more inclusive so that all of your circulation areas can be served equally.

I was buying this directly for YEARS. North Jersey news was billing me $19.99 PER MONTH!!! It’s great. A newspaper has actual editors, writers, proofreaders. North Jersey News is a great source.
Great Publication.
Enjoying the publication. And I hope that the corrective points I’m making will be taken seriously for review and possibly used to enhance the publication. The enewspaper should allow the reader to rate each article. This process would allow a better understanding of what works and what doesn’t. That way, the publisher would be getting real time feedback. That I where YouTube gets its feedback from.

Where’s the News?
Seems like there are almost always columns by Record writers such as Charles Stiles marked as “opinion”. How about reporting the actual news and publishing those articles on the Opinion/Editorial section.

Hasn't worked in over a week. My husband shares his account with me yet I can't access. Called and were told they are updating their app and to give it a few days. How about just fix your app. What are we paying for?
