Have online payment account, but not successful in initial setup. Abandoned and deleted app

The online payment portal and the mobile app do not share the same account. To use the mobile app, you'll need to register with a new account.
Can’t register
Won’t let me login with my web credentials or create a new account due to password requirements. I meet all requirements and it still doesn’t work.

This was fixed in a later release, there were some characters that were causing it not to like the password.

I can log in with browser but not with this app, today.

If you happen to get to redirected to the browser instead of the app make sure you close that and go back into the app and login with your email / password. We do use a 3rd party to handle authentication for us and occasionally you could get redirected there.
