Waste of time
This system is so slow. I’ve been waiting 10 minutes and it still hasn’t opened! Suggest that the whole system is reprogrammed and once it works ( like a good app!!) then re launch. Until then don’t waste your time attempting to use.
Disappointed
After the update in March on the library’s system, everything on the app and even the software inside the library are massively lagging. It constantly asks for borrower number and it takes ages to load the account. Please go back to the old software that was more responsive and accurate
Reservations
Since the update of the library computer system in March the reservation option on the app is not working (it says the book is ‘awaiting pickup’ although it is actually still at another library). Please fix!
