Really poor app

Can’t find the pay as you go option for swimming so can’t book a fun swim for kids. No contact details for calling the pool and when I did find the number on line, no one answered. Very unhelpful and disappointing.

Difficult to use and doesn’t offer any option to book badminton even though it’s available if you ring the site direct

Booking system is appalling

Classes are good but the booking system is very unreliable and doing simple things like resetting passwords is a nightmare. Promised reset emails simply never appear. This simply is unacceptable.

Is nearly impossible to book for Aqua class they are so so popular ,
More classes needed to cope with uptake for these classes .
My membership cost is not worth the money , per year for what I can book
