Overkill
Never opened a bank account with such ridiculous questions especially after a face to face meeting at your bank. And I don’t like your app. Not likely to stay with you very long!
Online check deposit very difficult
Even though the check I am depositing has a box to check and says “check here if for mobile deposit” and I check the box, it rejects my check. Then I had “for mobile deposit only” using the “mobile deposit” words that were printed on there already and adding “for” and “only” but it was rejected a second time. I had to write in huge letters “for mobile deposit only” which is ridiculous because it was already on the check that I was submitting. This system should learn how to recognize that! It is very annoying.

Mobile deposit issues
Sometimes the mobile deposit works, and sometimes it doesn’t and if it doesn’t, you’ve already endorsed it for mobile deposit only you can’t take it to a branch. You have to get an entirely new check, which is a huge hassle.
Great app
Handy app, no complaints, only recommendation is to let me download transaction CSVs from the app as I can from the mobile web site. Keep up the good work mobile team!

The bill pay function only lets me pay one bill at a time. Then go pay another.

Great update for mobile banking
The new ‘look and feel’ and feature sets make this a much appreciated enhancement to my mobile banking experience. The new screens and ease of use are awesome!
New portal
Not impressed with this new version of the online portal. Was perfectly happy with the previous version, which was not broken in my opinion, but cannot figure out how to make a funds transfer between accounts in the new version. Warner Price
