Just get an uber
It’s impossible to find where your car is, you’re better off waiting five minutes for an uber rather than an hour for a red eye. You can’t even see where the car is or track anything because you can’t zoom out of the map.
It’s always late
While I thank you for offering red eye services to help students get back home safely, I would like to bring up that the service has been extremely unreliable.
I've never had a ride that has been started and completed on time.
The waiting time averages at least 30 minutes, sometimes a whole hour. I sincerely hope that the timing improves-- it is impossible to make times relying on the red eye pick up or drop timings.

The app doesn’t work properly
App does not work
Hard to look at and use. Impossible to find a driver despite there being two cars in front of us that are ready to go. Pretty cool first-year CS Project, but it needs some work.
Completely Useless and gatnage App
This app is absolute garbage. It’s full of bugs and completely useless. You can’t see any details, the live location of the driver doesn’t work, and the van’s path can’t be tracked. Instead of taking the shortest route as intended, it deliberately takes the longest possible route, leaving students 15–20 minutes away from their homes. The UI is broken.The entire point of this app was to ensure student safety at night and provide convenient transportation during winters, none of which it delivers. If you don’t know how to code or test an app properly, you shouldn’t be developing one in the first place.

Made the service worse
Some of the app’s features are useless and the ui is worse compared to how it was before. You can’t see all the details at once and have to navigate through different screens to access them. Also, in app map to figure out your turn in the ride or where you reached is no longer there. I was in the redeye for over an hour with no clue when they’re going to go to my stop. So much for making it efficient by reducing the mile radius where it took more time than it ever did.

Bad app!!!!no use!!
This new feature bests the whole purpose of the app. The whole point was safety at night and would help us in winter
I have to walk 14 mins from my point to my place. No use of this. Saving cost and efficiency putting us on the line is not the right way to go!!
