What's the point
If it doesn't work, please let me know, what's the point? Feels like the machines just never hit š
Glitchy
Lately the app doesnāt update how many points I have or when my rewards play are available. Iāve had this app since its release and hadnāt had much trouble with it. Now Iām having to remove the app and reload it often to see my most current points and comps.

Iāve had this app since it was released, loved that I could track my points and comps. It was a little glitchy and crashy, but would eventually get you from point A to point B. I love that patrons can use it to easily located their camas number on the card in their profile, so they can earn points on each purchase, like they should.
In the last week or so it hasnāt been loading, so I updated it. Now, as I enter my Camas Number and Pin, it says ārestrictedā and a few minutes later āyour player number or pin is incorrect. You have 2 more attempts remainingā and now I feel annoyed that I probably have to go to the casino to have it figured out. I wanted to see my rates for the rooms.

App Doesnāt Work!!!
Iāve had the app for a few months and it worked when I first downloaded it but since my pin was not activated I had to wait till I went in. So now that everything is activated and whatnot now for some reason the app will not work. Iāve uninstalled and re-installed it twice now and still nothing
Clunky
Like the info in it and overall, itās a great concept but I find updates and usability to be clunky at best. Please do usability testing with a focus group first.
Informative
Very informative and itās always a plus to get the extra rewards I personally never would have received otherwise. When I was using it months ago it was very glitchy and having Problem staying open but since Iāve been on it this month so it hasnāt had any issues. But you know thereās always improvements and it would be interesting to see if they can approve it once more people jump on and get involved maybe?

I like the app and it telling me my rewards and offers, points, etc. but lately it closes right away every single time you open it

This app keeps force closing every time I try to open it! Itās super frustrating because it was working at one point. Now I canāt do anything on it before it closes!
Unusable. Constant glitches
I added the app and it will not stay open. Within seconds of opening it, it closes. Over and over. Have not even been able to explore what the app has to offer, let alone use it for anything helpful.
Does not work
The app was wiki h great until a week ago. Now every time I open it it closes, I uninstalled it and now I canāt even get past the demo screen before it closes. I have done this three times now.
