Okay app - difficult to navigate
I like that many features are available to me to move money and check balances. The bank ledger like Activity is helpful in showing the balance on each step. However, the app is hindered by what I call old school bank thinking. I also have access to apps from the big dogs - and there is untapped potential.
This app is slow to load and has features that are difficult to find. For example I setup auto pay for my mortgage. The amount changed and I had to call customer service to help find where the settings were. It was in a non intuitive spot. You’d think it was under scheduled transfers. Nope. And when I changed the value it immediately made an extra payment. Several features launch into what appears to be some other website.
It works and has been solid / no malfunctions. I like how easy it is to transfer money to other accounts- and it is immediate if the account is in the same bank.

Mobile deposit too sensitive
I have another mobile deposit banking option that never rejects my pics. This one often asks me to retake pics.
Better than most.
No app is perfect, hence the 4-star rating, but this is better than most. Offers all the features of the main website with a minimum of the typical app navigational eccentricities.
