GET YOUR MONEY OUT BEFORE IT’S GONE
Don’t use this place. Tons of hidden fees. Completely drained my savings account from these fees. No notification of these fees. Low quality branch manager with anger issues. I can’t give a name because of her because she kept hitting something when she used her name so it was almost impossible to hear. Ironically could hear the rest of the call just fine. Her only goal in the call was to try to make me out for a liar and to cut me off each time I said something. Even, I quote, yelled at me, “I’M SPEAKING!” in the call like I’m a child. Don’t deal with these people, just go to a real bank if you want actual customer service where people can be held accountable and you get treated with dignity.

Works great.
I like it much better than using my computer. Same look and feel as the web page but has the added convince of check deposits from your phone. Works great!
Basic App
Pretty basic App to do your banking needs. Being that Northpark is a very small credit union you can't expect the bells and whistles but it does what it needs to do. Wish it had Touch ID so you don't have to answer security questions every time you log in.
