Nice option, old version better
I don’t like how much more cumbersome it is to deposit or transfer $. Used to be much easier. Too many steps now and it’s annoying.

Frequent loading problems, bad navigation, not many things can be done in the app, end up having to call or do in person or on a laptop browser.
Who designed the bill pay platform?
Worst bill pay I’ve ever used. I will more than likely be switching away from Northrim and to a different financial provider for my primary local banking needs.
