Great food. Worst app.
Food and coffee are great. Love this place. But worst app ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Don’t know why they even bother. And I have let the folks there know and have had many emails with them. Seems like they fix it. And then it goes wrong again. Now I can’t even order bc it assumes delivery and says it can’t deliver. Which is not what I want. Just want the menu page. It’s 2026. Her it fixed or just give up and let customers know.

App is useless and dysfunctional!!
Literally cannot get past the log in page. There is no way to create a new account and after inserting my phone # it says my email is invalid. There is no way to use this app and it’s benefits which is a huge disappointment because I’ve been going to Northside Social so long I used to have the paper coffee reward cards! If you’re going to upgrade your tech, at least make it usable!!

Absolute garbage.
This restaurant is good. But you refuse to take orders over the phone and the app does not work. Easy way to lose business
Basic problems in app
If the payment fails (eg the card on file is expired), you get no notification. You don’t find out until you show up and no one can find your food. And then it’s probably a 20 minute wait to put a new order in. So frustrating.
App no longer shows menu
I can’t order anything anymore because it doesn’t show me any options, just a blank screen. Too bad because I was close to a reward :(
