Can’t log in but can on desktop
Why are you with this bank?
Old App barely functioned at all, new app doesn’t function at all . Log ins still don’t work, weeks after launch. Customers receiving fees because they can’t access their accounts. Time to find a bank that actually has an app that functions.
Junk bank
Worthless bank, closes branches for no reason, then putting a clause that states the new owner of property can place a bank in the same location for 7 years causing customers to travel 30 mins, and whoever designed the new app symbol, well it’s dumb go back to the old one
Pin code log in
Should have kept the option to use a pin code to log in. Speed and layout of old app was much much better.
Not working
Another hope and dream dashed by unneeded tinkering. Junk
