Good app for the most part but always get errors when starting app up. Either have to put password in again when it should use face is or It says error cant process. Yes phone has been restarted. App has been redownloaded. Fix the app

Constant Permissions Issues
Seems like ever week or two I have to redownload the app. It’s constantly giving permissions issues and I’ve called and all I get told is they’re looking into it. It’s now been 3-4 months. My daughter has the same issues. Frustrating.

Horrible app. I constantly have to restart my password and 9 Times out of 10 the “reset password” options don’t work. Worthless app

This app is actually so bad. I’m constantly being logged out of my account and have to call them to get back in. They constantly have issues or the app is down and I can’t access my banking information. They also don’t know how to do their jobs and make peoples scheduled transfers on time and now my rent is about to be late. Get a different bank this one is terrible
