The NWSB app always worked so well. But recently it has become increasingly non-functional. It will not open up to my accounts and says to try back later.

In 2026, why is it so bad??? I routinely have to retake them 5x.
Great Coverage
I really love having Northwest as my main bank. Everyone is so kind when you enter any of their branches. I use to be an undercover person for NW. Filling out paperwork about employees mailing it in and actually getting paid. It was great . Going into the bank and pretending to need help for different things like buying a house, asking about savings and other things. I know that Northwest is a wonderful Bank.
And I’m glad that they look out for my account for any suspicious behavior that could be going on.
I feel comfortable and safe that my earnings are in the care of NW…( The bank may have been under Lorain National Bank when I did my undercover work:) But that just says how long I have been with the bank.
