Back of check picture issue
Using iPhone taking a picture of deposit is quick and easy - but for a while now take a picture of the back of the check is difficult I cannot figure out why or how it is different when taking a picture of the back of a check - it takes more than several tries of hitting cancel when in the camera screen and then going back into the button for back of the check picture - it can be frustrating- eventually it works but it takes sometimes as many as 4 tries for it take the picture

Login issues
The second time in a week it’s locked me out of my app and denied my (already set up) Face ID. This issue needs addressed, as customer service already assisted with this once and anything on my end has been fixed now.

Making a payment to a new loan
Just got a new loan from them and I have never had so much trouble in my life trying to figure out how to make a payment to it on top of of that I tried call customer service twice for help and both times had long hold time the first to I was on hold for 35 minutes then final hung up 2nd time it said wait time was 15 minutes in the middle of the day waited a few minutes then hung up due to not having time to wait at work

Check deposit camera is infuriating
The check deposit camera does not work easily and is too sensitive to the background and sometimes does not work at all.

They’re so helpful with me because of my stroke and they’re so understanding. So helpful.

The sign is process is terrible. It won’t let you do “remember your password” where it auto fills and it won’t enable Face ID. The app needs a lot of work.

Mobile Deposit
For whatever reason, every time I do a mobile deposit it does not let me take a picture of the check. I have to tap the screen to take a picture 50 times before it captures the image.
Depositing checks
It is VERY DIFFICULT TO get the check in the proper condition to take a picture.
