NW Bank App
Good app for the most part but always get errors when starting app up. Either have to put password in again when it should use face is or It says error cant process. Yes phone has been restarted. App has been redownloaded. Fix the app

Frequently my password doesn’t work, and my facial recognition was disabled for no apparent reason
Constant Permissions Issues
Seems like ever week or two I have to redownload the app. It’s constantly giving permissions issues and I’ve called and all I get told is they’re looking into it. It’s now been 3-4 months. My daughter has the same issues. Frustrating.

Horrible app. I constantly have to restart my password and 9 Times out of 10 the “reset password” options don’t work. Worthless app

They constantly have issues or the app is down and I can’t access my banking information. They also don’t know how to do their jobs and make peoples scheduled transfers on time and now my rent is about to be late. Get a different bank this one is terrible

Always have issues
I’m constantly having issues with this app anymore! Have called to get my password changed and have had it written down to remember, I put in my password since it wouldn’t recognize my face, and it keeps saying it can’t recognize my credentials, this has happened numerous times before and I’ve moved two hours away from this bank, it’s definitely no longer worth putting up with this bull!

Only thing wrong.
When you transfer money from checking to a payment it doesn’t subtract the loan payment right away. But it does take from the checking account right away.

The people at Northwest Bank are always very friendly and very helpful. I love their app and their Live Banker drive-up service!
New version is super slow and glitchy
The new version combines the banking app and card control app together. Separately these apps are great. The new app prohibits the old out from opening and direct you to use the new updated app.
The new combined app is very glitchy and very slow. I’m hoping that development reads this and simplifies the card side of the app. We sat spending limits on the card and have to frequently raise it and the new app takes nearly 3 times longer to do what we used to.

Credit cards
Elan is doing a poor job. Your sending me apps to do things with my cards and Elan doesn’t support them. They’re IT department seems 10 years behind the times.
Best Banking App I’ve Used - Pleasantly Surprised
After searching for months for a bank with a solid app and online portal, I was surprised that our regional bank here in Omaha NE has one of the best.
I used about 10 other banks in the last few years trying to find someone that fits my needs to manage a small business and personal checking account through the same portal. NW Bank does this and it’s very intuitive to use.
The credit score tracking feature in the app is also one of the best I’ve used. Gives all the info I need in a well designed interface. It’s better than Credit Karma.
All this plus I have had great interactions every time I’ve had to call and talk with someone at the bank. Absolutely would recommend.

Logging in on mobile
Last night I was trying to deposit a check and It wouldn’t let me log in. It could not verify my information I tried about 15 times. Now this morning at 10 o’clock it works. Frustrating!
External transfers
Overall the app works well. It would be really nice to be able to make external transfers to other bank accounts on the app. It would also be nice to be able to add and verify these accounts through the app.
Deposit check
Enjoy mobile deposit but will be nicer if there is an option to have an auto capture of the check so I don’t have to retake the check
