I’ve gone through a couple financial institutions in my life time and my boss who I work for uses this bank and has for many years and as soon as I walked in it kinda felt like home the employees made me feel welcomed and opening an account was a breeze and I haven’t had a single issue with them if you need a bank you can trust this is definitely the one bank for it

Best Bank in Rockford
I have been a customer for over 15 years and all the way from the Tellers to the branch managers I can’t think of a issue I’ve had that they haven’t fixed! I could name my favorites but I will just say if you want a bank that works for you, come to Northwest, I promise you will not regret it!!!! I’m a customer for life!
