i've called, i've changed my password and username. this app is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.
Needs more login attempts
It should give you more than one login attempt. The app itself needs a preview option for the password.
Taking forever to upload the update
I would prefer to be able to use the web page version but cannot find a link on it to log in. Why not link the web version to the app? I use an iPad most of the time as I am usually on the road. The system you are using makes it difficult to access my account.
Needs an FAQ
The app is simple ish but I would like an FAQ. I’ve been struggling to add my savings account.
Bad biometrics
The app works fine except for the biometrics sign in. I would like to be able to use my Face ID to sign in but it doesn’t work. Otherwise, the app functions as expected.

External Transfers
The fact that NCB offers free transfers to and from my accounts at other financial institutions is a huge time/money saver!
I would love but
Sometimes it won’t work for weeks and it takes forever to load. Also even if I take pictures of the opposite side of the check it thinks I took the same picture. This app needs some technical work and it would be much better.
Decent
App is well layed out some things can be a bit challenging to navigate however I personally can see money in my account but can never get it to load on WiFi or data I can’t do anything within the app other than view how much I have
Great app but...
I love the ease of use for this app with all the things I’m able to do without going to the bank but, I would love it if FaceID was an option for signing in!!
