Glitchy and no customer service

I signed up for the app about a week ago. Due to a glitch, however, I was unable to save any pictures in my profile. I have filled out a customer service request twice and emailed the customer support service. No response. I’ve tried to fix it myself many times but no luck. The app is attractive and looks like a great option if it works for you. But it is glitchy and you can pay for a month for an unusable service with no support. Buyer beware

Tried it and it’s a no for me

1. I don’t like the interface, it’s sloppy and makes no sense. 2. You have to pay to verify yourself…..PAY! It’s free on other apps. 3. So far I haven’t figured out how to delete my account

I was looking for a dating app that specifically focused on singles in the northwest area of the USA and I stumbled upon Northwest Dating. It's been amazing! I've met so many interesting people and the best part is that all the profiles are real due to their AI security measures. No more dealing with fakes and bots! Attractive profiles, but who knows which are authentic

Strangely, the company has decided to monetize verification, seemingly adopting the Musk method.

It’s almost as if the company wants you to assume that their platform is filled with bots as a perverse way of pushing a backwards model.

Who knows which profiles are real and which are bots.

Annoyingly, there’s no knowing whether the profiles are of active members as that information is withheld.

Immediately banned after signing up

Got banned in less than a minute after signing up. Most likely they had the absolutely brilliant idea to ban everyone who doesn’t have a local area code on their phone number. Never mind that people move here for work all the time.

Banned immediately without cause

I created an account, swiped less than ten times, and got notified I was banned and had to email them for assistance. I hadn’t even made a connection. It took longer to create my profile than I got to use it, so I’m not going to waste my time trying to get my account reinstated. That is unfortunate, as I was looking forward to trying a local area app. I see other reviews that they ban so many people, but it sounds like you need better filters in place rather than just banning everyone.

Way Better Than Popular Dating Apps ‍

I've been enjoying this Northwest Dating app. Northwest Dating App has been way better than tinder because it's tailored towards finding people from my neighborhood instead of distant locations which saves me lots of time and energy. Can you add date recommendations to the app since I just moved here and not sure the best places for a first date?

No Paid Upgrades Needed To Match

Finally found an awesome dating app that's not full of fake profiles. Signing up was quick & easy & now I'm chatting with several cool peeps thanks to Northwest Dating App! No paid upgrades needed which means no unnecessary costs either :D (But I did pay to upgrade for 1 month and found it worth the $20). Plus the full-screen pics and vids make the whole experience even better

The best dating app ever... ok maybe not ever, but still really good. Northwest Dating App is awesome because it matches you with local singles only and it has AI to detect any bots or fakes. It's so easy to use and it helps me save time when looking for someone special. Highly recommend trying it‌ ‍

LOVE this app at the moment. Super easy to use and I've made lots of great connections. It's totally free and I love that you can chat without having to upgrade. I'd like more profile filters for vegans or yoga, etc but overall it's a great dating app

Great New Dating App

Northwest Dating App is really good. It's super easy to sign up and I'm already matched with a few interesting people. The user database is huge, so its fun to see new people everyday instead of swiping in on a small userbase like most alternative dating apps. IMHO the subscription seems like a good value.

No Traffic Jams To Go On A Date

Finally found an app that doesn't just match according to distance but also takes into account traffic around cities so I'm not wasting time getting stuck in traffic jams just for a date. Thanks Northwest Dating App! PS - Try adding a swipe history so that I can see who I liked already please.
