Useless app
Your app is useless. I’ve submitted updated information responded
to request and still have to call and speak to someone. What is the point of this app if I can’t use it t? I’ve stated this multiple times to representatives but clearly nothing is being done to correct or update this useless app.

Not user-friendly
Been trying to get this app to work for about a month. Created a profile, username and password, and uploaded my ID into the app but it still shows nothing. None of my medication is in the app. Emailed technical support last week. Haven’t heard back. Called and left a voicemail today.
Crappy app
This app won’t show medications so I can’t do anything with it . Tried contacting cs but they have done nothing to fix it .
