“Easy to Use App”
Instructions for submitting a screen replacement say to submit through the “easy to use app.” The app doesn’t allow me to submit a claim and the support screen(s) redirect me to blank screens. I dread having to reach out to customer service now, based on the other reviews here. This App is the most useless thing ever. Why can’t their be a webpage as well?!

The app was easy to install and the navigation in the app was intuitive. I’m glad I have Norton protection for my iPhone 12 screen.
Not easy to correct mistakes
I just made a mistake and don’t know how to fix it. Trying to add my ne ipad pro in my 5 devices. Not sure if it has been completed. The gal I spoke to yesterday her accent was so heavy I had a hard time understanding her.

At no additional cost, you can’t go wrong! Upon activation and add device it instantly recognize my device that I want to protect.
Updated Stupid
I’ve cooperated with Norton tech and provided screenshots. Now a different tech wants videos. In the account it shows the subscription for my device. This screen protection is part of my subscription. The useless app shows “0”. The stupid app repeatedly makes me sign in to my account insisting I update info which does not need updating. But after repeatedly doing annupdate anyway the stupid loop starts all over again. The app is worthless Norton. I’ve deleted / reinstalled repeatedly. It’s crap. I AM DONE!

Norton device care too many conditions
You basically have to Guess which device in your family might break 30 days into the future.
Then you get it fixed, have to pay $25 deductible and then only get up to $100.
It would be much better if you have a device that breaks, then just register it to get it fixed.

Next you are giving them permission to monitor everything including your audio and photos so they can protect your screen?
Next the fine print is that they have a max of 100 dollar coverage after 25 deductible. (Screens cost about 350) Therefore the most you could get from this is 75 dollars if you broke your screen and jumped through all the hoops. Is your privacy and sanity only worth 75 dollars? If so, enjoy the false “protection” and if not delete this app designed to collect data. Frankly this whole thing is like a phishing scam based on fear of broken glass.
I have used Norton for decades but their association with Life Lock and now this crypto mining nonsense is giving me great pause: may be time to dump Norton as these behaviors decrease my security, not increase it. PS most of the positive reviews they include about this app have nothing to do with the app. They are about Norton antivirus. If this company wanted to be honest with its customers it would remove all the ratings not about this specific app. They won’t do that because their average score would likely drop to the 1-2 range.

Fantastic Application
This application has blocked so many attempts to get into my systems that I feel pretty safe!
One device is supposed to be included in my package, but they want to charge me extra!
As others have mentioned, one device screen is supposed to be included at no charge for the package I purchased. You have to download a separate app to get the protection, but when you do, to add your device, they want to charge you extra!

I’ve had the subscription and APP for almost a year and turns out that my phone was not registered yet. So I removed the App and started it all over it was easy.

Broken screen
I am trying to file a claim and the customer service is horrible to deal with. The first one hung up and the second stated he will email me in 24 hrs but I dought that will happen.
