Love the app
I’ve been using the NSB app for a long time. Last year when they changed it, sure, there were some changes I wasn’t used to. But I just called the bank and they helped me find everything I needed. I like that know I can track my credit score and watch my spending patterns too.
Never working feature
If you want convenience of depositing a check by using a app better off forgetting that feature exist since it never works half the time you can’t even transfer money to another account without it being flagged and not notifying you
Works alright
I liked the old app was much more user friendly I think. I miss the spending insight part where it labeled all my monthly purchases on a nice pie chart. I do suffer time to time not being able to log in. But for checking my balances it works good. Not sure why we had to change it.
Could be more user friendly
Add obvious links to all loan acccounts to make a payment. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to find a link to make a monthly loan payment.
New app
New app is frequently not working. Cant view balance. Issues with bill pay.
Dogshyte new interface
For what reason did they have to change the old app? It worked perfectly fine and worked leagues better. Absolute brain dead ape design.
Hate new app
I dispose this new app. Why did what wasn’t broken? I can’t even check my balance anymore without signing in. Dislike 100%
Hate new update
I’ve always loved the app until the new update. There isn’t a quick view balance anymore and none of my financial apps will connect to the app anymore.
So glad to be done with Norway Savings
Was finally able to changed my bank and came here just to even out the reviews. Unfortunately, it seems even when everyone is giving it 5 stars they’re all as disappointed as I was.
Good bank. 1900s tech
I don’t need to call the bank. I like them, but lost faith 10 years ago that they might prioritize a mobile banking experience. Terrible app; website almost as bad.
Why not fire the dev rather than keep pointing fingers?
Look at how Capital One, Chase, Citi, BOA, or any of you competitors do it. Strive to be a little more like any of them.
You can improve login, app design, ability to interact with accounts, xfer money in and out, and please please please make it faster to move money from my couch rather than driving to Fryeburg and standing in line.
Ain’t nobody got time for that. Better late than never. I’d suggest scrap it and start again. Just call this a 15 year old swing-and-a-miss

Great bank… Horrible app
Title says it all.
50% app and web page down
I swear almost every time i want to open the app and do anything more the. “Quick view” my assets, the servers are down and you’re unable to log in with you’re info. And its also down on their web page. It’s annoying, if not for the fact they don’t fee you out the butt I probably would have switched banks by now.

Garbage
this bank is a real piece of garbage. you can never withdraw money, you can never buy anything. For everything you have to call and talk for about half an hour to get updated or help.
Not connecting
When I try to connect to my iPhone I’m unable to and it goes to a blank screen. Very frustrating.

Frustrated
My app will not let me log in, says my credentials are wrong when I know they are not. Every time I click forgot password the app exits out completely.
Wont let me make an account
I recently made a bank account. I was excited about “enrolling” and being able to see and manage my accounts from my phone. Every time I tried to “enroll” it would kick me out of the app. I have attempted to do so about maybe 20 times. This is really disappointing.
Can’t even use the app!!
I’ve been trying for days now to sign up in the app, but every time I click the sign up button in crashes! What is this? How is this not fixed??
Not great
I’ve been using this app for a number of years. It remains glitchy. Often times when I am making a mobile deposit the app just crashes and I have to go through the whole process again. It also constantly turns off my stored Touch ID which is pretty annoying. I feel like it really should be better than it is…
