Life Changing

10/10 and the customer service is superb! Their detergent works really well, but I recommend giving them your own if you are particular about how your clothes smell. Will definitely be a life long user.

Great! One note

Really simple, efficient, seamless, quick process. Inexpensive in my opinion as well, for what is being offered/done. Both times, the representative/pick-up was kind and quick. I was hesitant both times to just leave my bags outside the door, so they were kind enough to knock. The drop off is simple: you’ll get a text saying complete once it’s outside your door. I only gave 4 stars because I think they should let you know when they’re in-route. What if I wasn’t there?

This was my first time using No Scrubs and they were fantastic. Excellent communication, timely pick up and drop off. The clothes were clean and well folded- I was very impressed and am looking forward to scheduling the next service!

Absolutely amazing

Wasn’t sure how I’d be contacted if I didn’t hear them at the door. The most kind woman called and was super patient. Absolutely amazing group of hard working people. Everything was bagged up by clothing type inside one of their clothes bags. Thank y’all for being absolutely amazing!!

Made my clothes worse

I used this service several times but I guess it’s different scrubbers every time. There have been really great ones and I’m not trying to be negative but there have been ones that returned my clothes with bleach marks, one printed graphic tee that was damaged, and now the last service today they dried clothes that I said to hang dry so now they’ll be much smaller. Would not recommend. Better to spend more money and time at the laundromat yourself.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s not the standard we aim for. Just to clarify, we do not use bleach unless it’s specifically provided by the customer, so we’d definitely want to look into what may have happened in that case. Regarding the damaged graphic tee, there was a processing issue on our end, and we did make sure to reimburse you for the cost of that item. As for the drying instructions, we understand how frustrating that is. We take care instructions seriously, and missing something like “hang dry” isn’t acceptable. We’ll be addressing this with our team to prevent it from happening again. We truly appreciate you giving us multiple chances and your honest feedback. First time trying in Miami and I’m really impressed!!!

As a super busy warehouse operations manager, I barely have time to think about laundry—let alone actually do it. No Scrubs Laundry Service has been a total game changer. The convenience and efficiency are exactly what I needed.

My Scrubber, Rachel, was amazing—prompt with both pick-up and delivery, and extremely professional. Communication through the app was seamless, with helpful text updates and direct phone calls from Rachel throughout the process.

I highly recommend this service to anyone in Miami who needs a reliable, high-quality laundry solution. Absolutely worth it!

Outstanding service

I recently found out that this type of service even existed. When I was first signing up, they were extremely patient and kind on the phone walking me through the process on their website. I've used the service twice now and both times were with outstanding results. I highly recommend Noscrubs for all of your laundry needs! (Austin, Texas)

Good option when traveling

I am visiting Austin and my hotel doesn’t have a washing machine and their laundry options are way too expensive so I looked around and found no scrub which was great! I assume it varies depending on the person you get but my experience was great it was like a 3 hour turn around and clothes were clean and folded when I got it back.

Side note: I did just wash casual clothes so not sure if experience would’ve been the same w more expensive clothing

Surprise charges a month later

If you can charge me for a service I haven’t received at 5am then you can answer me in the same manner. If I do a one time pickup it’s just that not a subscription.DO NOT DO THIS EVER.
