Not Working Properly - Needs Update ASAP!
Needs an update ASAP! Appears there hasn't been an update since Jan 2024! As of last week, every time you try to make an entry, it skips all the way to the bottom of the note. After EVERY SINGLE ENTRY! SUPER ANNOYING! Also, it stopped bringing the last note to the the top of the notes. It looks like the app just stopped working. It used to work great but looks like the app is outdated. I pay for the annual subscription. If you're not going to update the app, I need a refund. There are way too many other apps out there, especially updated ones with better features and functions to not do regular updates, at least annual updates and have someone check to be sure it's working properly, especially if you're charging people. Please update ASAP or retire the app and provide refunds to paying customers.

Everything is premium
Dude I can only have access to about 5 out of 50 of the cases for notes, and if I want to make a custom one, that’s also premium, paying money for this bullgiddy is crazy
Not functional unless you pay
I first started using this app 12 years ago. It was cute and the basic functionality was free. At some point, I stopped using it but today I needed to make a note and decided to open this app. I had five notebooks. One was empty and I wanted to rename it. The app wouldn’t allow me to rename it without subscribing. I deleted the notebook and now I can’t create another because every single cover design is “premium “, there are no free options. So, I’ll be exporting any info I have in the app and I’ll delete it, because I don’t want another subscription.

После последнего обновления приложение не открывается. Вылетает.

I have been storing my notes on this but somehow when I change phones I loose all my data from it and have to retype it all .
The worst dev ever!!
I have purchased this app a long time ago and I was using all of its available covers without ads. Now after the update, the dev changed the app to force the old customers to pay yearly or monthly subscriptions. It doesn’t make any sense. I’m deleting this app and I will submit a request for a refund cus it’s waste of money.

Реклама не даёт пользоваться приложением.
Покупала приложение без рекламы. Не понимаю такого отношения к потребителю. Это не игра, а записи, которые надо сделать срочно, а не ждать по две минуты рекламы. Сделайте , что нибудь с рекламой. У меня много информации в приложении. Мучения для меня.

Несколько лет пользуюсь этим приложением и меня устраивало все, но чем дальше с тем хуже...
- Сначала появился белый экран листа, вместо расчерченного как в блокнотах
- затем перестали работать правки. Можно в середине текста исправить только одно слово, и то придётся побороться с программой, на следующее слово приложение перекидывает в конец всего текста
- бесплатные обложки стали платными
- и самая моя большая боль это приложение работает только от вай фай. Думала что это исправят, но нет, уже больше полугода так. Т.е. я писала в нём всю свою информацию, но когда мне нужно было на встрече заглянуть в неё, приложение просто не загрузилось. И так продолжается по сей день. Т.е. если вы путешественник, либо у вас разъездная работаета, то ищите другое, удаляйте это. От мобильной сети, оно, почему то, не работает.
- реклама появилась. Закрываю один блокнот - реклама. Иногда захожу в приложение - реклама сразу.
И судя по тому что все комментарии без ответа, никто хотя приложением не занимается.

Lost my old premium access…
I’ve loved NOTE’d since it was first released, at which time I purchased the app (it was not “free” lonnnnng ago). But when ads suddenly appeared again, a couple of years ago, the offer to buy a “Premium” account was offered. Apparently my original purchase of the app didn’t carry over into this new plan. And, I’m sorry, but that just stinks. Original purchasers of the app, when it was first released, should have their premium membership grandfathered in. I’ll not pay them more money, and will just use the updated/improved “Notes” app on my phone…for free.

App crashed—lost everything
App crashes the other day so i couldn’t get into it for 24 hours. Now i can get in today and EVERYTHING—all my notes and passwords are in cleared out. I have had this app for years and now have nothing.
Organizational FUN!
Love this app! I especially like the pass code lock feature for private information. Needs more covers though and wish you could choose to organize notes within pads by date or other.

Can’t access app!
App refuse to open after several tries and trouble shooting. (Uninstalling and reinstalling app several times, powered phone off multiple times) still no success. HELP PLEASE!!!
