It’s ok

Does an ok job summarizing notes. The app is not forgiving if you record a meeting and accidentally discard at end of meeting it’s completely gone no way to recover

(1) Incorrect language; (2) analysing issues

Following last update, app is (1) no longer transcribing audio files or YouTube links in the English language; (2) on most occasions not capable of analysing YouTube videos — I have paid for this app due to work purposes but it’s beginning to fail to meet the needs of basic operating levels. It seems that the more features that are being released and added to the app is the root cause for the decline in the app meeting the quality of service that it promises

Great Support!

I use Notee a lot on my iPhone and Apple Watch. I like to transfer my notes to another app on my iPad. This was a cumbersome process because my Notee iPhone notes were not showing up on my Notee iPad app. I asked customer support to fix this and they did. Now my iPhone notes sync perfectly on my iPad app. Thank you!

I use this app almost daily for various notes. When I use ChatGPT or similar I can do a copy and drop it into the notetaker so I can go back to it without having to have AI research the question again

Easy and Efficient

I have used this app for three meetings and I am well pleased with how easy it is to use. I especially like the transcript that is provided at the end of every meeting. After viewing it, I am able to immediately send to all members!!!

Locks up and you lose your notes

Just a heads up I don’t plan on renewing this once my subscription ends. On three separate occasions during very important meetings where I’ve relied on it to take notes, the app has frozen up if somebody calls my phone during that meeting. I can silence the call and the app will pause but when I go back to resume, it looks like it’s working. Unfortunately,when I go to save it, the app locks up and nothing you can do besides quitting the app will get it to respond. Once you open the app, those notes are gone. If you use this for business purposes, I would highly suggest you look somewhere else. When the app works, it’s great, but I relied on the app too much and took minimal notes. now it affects my job and my performance, that’s a really big deal.

I wish I could post a screen video here to show, but I don’t think I can. Would not suggest using this app.

For anyone dealing with trauma, high-stress communication, advocacy, or documentation, this app is incredibly valuable. Sometimes you cannot remember everything clearly until later, especially when your nervous system is overwhelmed. Notee helps preserve the facts, organize the details, and make the information easier to review.

It also works beautifully hand-in-hand with ChatGPT. Notee helps me capture and summarize the information, and then ChatGPT helps me organize, clarify, and turn it into something useful. This app has genuinely helped me feel more prepared, grounded, and heard. Highly recommend.

Worth Every Penny!

I have used this app in multiple situations when I know I will need to reference an accurate record of a discussion. We use it for recording our RPG sessions, and because we often go several weeks between sessions. With Notee, I can pull up the notes from the prior session to give a “Previously on…” summary. Also, my husband and I often recall important conversations differently, but with Notee, we can go back to the summary or transcription to *know* what we said. This is especially helpful with our marriage counselor because we can share the files with her to help us with communication assumptions and distorted thoughts. We’ve also used it when in important meetings about major purchases or when we want to be sure there is an accurate record of the meeting to avoid future false accusations, etc. At $39.99/year, Notee is definitely worth every single cent!

I wish I had had this so long before I got it. I takes notes and summarizes with pinpoint accuracy. It doesn’t matter whether it’s board meeting, sermon, or class, it gets context. Worth every penny.

Amazing in its accuracy

I used this app to record a conversation in Spanish and summarize it in Spanish. Translated to English with an impeccable capture of conversation and the translation.

Fantastic but…

It is easy to use, even the layout is excellent. Love how it has a review of the transcript. It is also affordable. Issue is you cannot upload mp4 or videos. If it did, it would really be an app to use over and over.
