Used to work great
This app worked wonderfully for recording meetings and stuff in person, but here recently it has started to have a lot of glitches. It no longer allows you to download the PDF version of the notes that it takes or the transcription file and it does not allow you to download the audio file, even though they are accessible on the app.

Workflow Lacking
I love the transcript and summaries this app creates. It's once those items are in the app that my struggles begin. I need to shift to my MacBook to obtain the text in Noteflow. But getting the text out of the app is a struggle. I have to copy and paste and that loses all formatting so an hour transcript becomes a text dump with no paragraph breaks. I would love a simple expert to RTF. That would instantly make this an app I could recommend.

Stops working
I have been using this app for 6 months. Initially it was a god send and now it keeps saying ‘can’t process Audio’ I’m so stressed. Also if you’re in a meeting and someone calls you - it stops recording the meeting. This has caught me out a few times. Then when you press ‘resume meeting’ it looses all the meeting audio you had already recorded!!!!!!!!!!

Spend money elsewhere probably
This app was working really well until it all of a sudden just didn’t. None of my recordings process or stick anymore and I’m literally paying $10 a month for this. Really unhappy with everything, I have to record all of my meetings and the last few meetings. I now have no notes for my processing just not working anymore? The transcription isn’t the greatest and I wish there was an easier way to share or export the notes. Anytime I have ever tried or download the Notes. Nothing happens and nothing saves. I wouldn’t waste the money buying this app, time to find something new. Canceled my subscription as of today and I’ll eat the money on not having any viable recordings since last paying.

App stops working
Even with a yearly subscription the app doesn’t allow you to download summaries or audio recordings. And there is no help or support for the app.
