Since I paid:
-Took notes in other languages it said were “not supported” even though all meeting were English and would not let me access.
-stopped letting me log in.
I have reached out to Apple, but because I am beyond the refund time, they will do nothing. I have reached out to the developer, with zero response. Very upset because based on the trial, I paid $90 for a one year subscription, and it has been wasted. Disgusting company.
* today they said it was updated and all the bugs were fixed. Liars…now there is music when I open the app, but I still cannot login or use it despite having paid for a one year subscription. The rage I feel for Apple and these developers is undescribable. I have emailed everywhere trying to get a refund or get it to work with not even a response.

-developer response (finally) is inadequate. My issue is not with the payment, it’s the fact that I paid for the app and it does not work (I get an error notification every time I try to login “ provider-already-linked”) . I have reached out to Apple (many many times I’m actually surprised the app even still exists. I guess Apple takes no accountability) and it is too late to get a refund. Of course it worked until that. Horrible developer who made an expensive app that does not work, lies about it, and puts responsibility on apple.

*update-even though they response now says it is fixed, it is not. Exact same issue.

Update: I have the latest version and the transcript export still doesn’t work. I also sent an email but have not received anything back. I can’t understand why you wouldn’t fix the app. What kind of business model is this to get a customer for one year then lose the customer due to poor performance and support? It’s a good way to go out of business.
