It was a great app, but support s terrible

I loved this app and recommended to Los s of people - but recently had an issue where couldnt share the pdf and it also logged me out I tried to log back in and can't saying already registered to that so I have a paid service that I can't access and worse that Thar support do not reply to emails please avoid. There is no login button or restore purchases so caught in an endless loop - I am running the latest version

Please ensure you are logged into the same account you used to make the purchase and then use the 'Restore Purchase' button, usually found in the app's settings menu. Stay away

Worked great for the trial.

Since I paid:
-Took notes in other languages it said were “not supported” even though all meeting were English and would not let me access.

-stopped letting me log in.

I have reached out to Apple, but because I am beyond the refund time, they will do nothing. I have reached out to the developer, with zero response. Very upset because based on the trial, I paid $90 for a one year subscription, and it has been wasted. Disgusting company.


* today they said it was updated and all the bugs were fixed. Liars…now there is music when I open the app, but I still cannot login or use it despite having paid for a one year subscription. The rage I feel for Apple and these developers is undescribable. I have emailed everywhere trying to get a refund or get it to work with not even a response.

My issue is not with the payment, it’s the fact that I paid for the app and it does not work (I get an error notification every time I try to login “ provider-already-linked”) . I have reached out to Apple (many many times I’m actually surprised the app even still exists. I guess Apple takes no accountability) and it is too late to get a refund. Of course it worked until that. Horrible developer who made an expensive app that does not work, lies about it, and puts responsibility on apple.

Quirky at Best

This app is great in concept. The transcription is pretty bad. It repeats a lot of words even if they weren’t spoken. There is no way to quickly delete old recordings. You have to go into each one. The ability to export the transcript to a pdf stopped working. Reaching out for support is difficult. The email address is buried in the FAQ section. There is no direct link to email them. This app has so much potential but it needs a lot of work!

Update: I have the latest version and the transcript export still doesn’t work. I also sent an email but have not received anything back. I can’t understand why you wouldn’t fix the app. What kind of business model is this to get a customer for one year then lose the customer due to poor performance and support? It’s a good way to go out of business.

Great until it wasn’t

It worked great and then this week I recorded an extra long meeting (3 hours). When I went to choose Summarize the entire meeting disappeared. My email to support was returned undeliverable.

Started well then failed

The app for me started well but then went to update my subscription and that’s where things started to go wrong as it would not let me do any of the features despite me being charge 2 yearly subscriptions. At this rate I would avoid!!!!!

Can’t Send Notes or Audio?

It gives you the option to export and share your notes and your audio, but when I click on the buttons, nothing happens, and I don't know where the files go. This shouldn't be a chore. It should be easy and send to where you need it to go.

Wasted $70 on a subscription

This app worked great the first few days. I upgraded to the paid subscription, it no longer completes a full recording. I constantly run into issues and I have no way to back up hours of lost meeting recordings. Not worth it.

Why did the ability to share transcripts go away?

I can’t use this app if I can’t share transcripts

Unable to share pdf

I’ve used this for about a year. It’s working well until just this month I can’t share transcripts or the minutes via pdf. I tried to email support team but I got a bounce back. It’s expensive for the limited features it provides.

Stopped working.

This app suddenly stopped working. I reached out to the support email and it bounced back.

Happy until today

Was doing good until today, January 2, 2026. Lost all my notes.

Decent but has issues

This is a decent app that does a good job but I am unable to send a PDF summary of the call…this option does not work. Please fix.

Pretty good, but…

I use the app on my cell phone. It stopped recording during an important meeting when a phone call came through. I have to figure out how to work around this. I didn't answer the phone or even know that the call had come in until I did a random check to see if the app was still recording. That's when I realized that it had stopped recording and that I needed to press the resume button.

Unsure

The worse thing I starting a recording and receiving a call and everything just disappears. I just wish there was a way it automatically saves what you previously recorded if they were going to stop. I don’t see an option to save it to the cloud or my phone like they claim.

Charges you after you cancel

This app charged me for months after I cancelled it the next day. I tried to log back in and it was asking for my credit card information again. Stay away from this app

No customer service

I have been experiencing login issues since May 2025 and have requested support and no one has responded back. I get an error when trying to login that my account already exists and to sign out. There is not a sign out option. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app and can’t login. There goes my money that I paid for a yearly subscription and can’t even use.
