Difficult to use and look at
Cool they have loyalty but the app looks really bad and it’s difficult to use. I’m surprised a brand like this offers such a low quality app. I preferred their previous app for loyalty that actually worked and you didn’t need to keep a separate app just to get your loyalty points there. Hopefully they’ll improve soon!

Loyalty card not working
Signed up but the supposed “free coffee” didn’t work, so the guy in the shop had to give me a physical loyalty card.
When I tap on the “redeem a card” button, the card simply flips over… it’s not added to the order. The staff in the shop were unable to help, it seemed as if they’d never used the app themselves.
There’s a bigger environmental problem with this app though, as it’s encouraging greater use of disposable cups rather than reusable cups.

Great coffee, clunky app
Love your coffee why offer an app that takes so much time to collect a stamp. Previous app was way easier to use.
