I like the coffee, but takes forever for the delivery, allow at least 5 days

Takes money

Started a subscription for home delivery. Somehow ended up with money trapped on a virtual card that you cannot claim back. Dodgy practices beware.

Can’t top up less than £10

Bit frustrating that you can’t top up less than £10 or specific amounts

They force you to top up £10 minimum

They only allow a £10 minimum top up so you always end up with extra money on your card which is basically like forcing 1000s of customers to prove is them an interest free loan. And then after 3 coffees you’ve got a balance left over so you’re stuck with leaving them free money or topping up again

I have tried the house blend & love it & so do my family, also tried the light & it's a light smooth yummy coffee. Just going to order the House Special Blend ❣️which I am sure will be a special & a change for all of us who cannot get into London to one of the coffee shops. Come on Grind we need a Coffee Shop in Manchester 😊Would recommend Grind to anyone who likes a smooth delicious well rounded Coffee. Thanks Grind 😍
