The app takes me through onboarding every time. No health insights. Waste of $2.99.

Waste of money

This app does not sync with ANY of my devices. It says it may take 15 mins but it’s been over 6 hours. I’ve logged out & in. No support is available. Absolute waste of money & I’m canceling.

This app is nuts. It’s the only app I’ve come across that will sync with every conceivable wearable or piece of medical data and incorporate this into an action plan. Ai under the hood is insane. I use it daily.

Motivating via data

NOVA has made me realize how useful real time data is when it comes to achieving fitness goals over the long haul. The coach will course correct on the fly as your net new data comes in. I really like being able to dictate my food meal intake to get macros. The daily checklist holds me accountable and I feel really great when I achieve them all.
