App like to crash sometime. And your documents might not sent from time to time. Adding document via Photo is not good, not showing recent taken pictures

Thank you very much. It's very simple and easy to use. I used to send faxes using the printer's fax function, but sometimes it didn't work, so I gave up. I was sending to Japan late at night, so I struggled with the fax in the dim light. I put your app on my iPad Pro, so I can write letters anytime, anywhere, without using paper, and send them with one touch, which I'm very happy about. My mother in Japan is very old, hard of hearing, and can't talk on the phone, so faxing is convenient. When I sent a fax using this app for the first time, my mother called me and said, Wow! It's so beautiful, and she was very impressed. Thank you very much.

Very effective no problems whatsoever I can’t believe it’s free 👍😁. It was awesome until now. I cannot fax anything. I hope you can upgrade or fix it.

I downloaded this app because it said no purchase necessary or no in app purchases. I got charged for it 20 something dollars. It was actually 1999+ tax that came out of my debit card automatically without my authorization I have requested a refund and we will see how it goes.
