Worthless
Received email from NOVA saying to “download the app and start planning for the conference”. So I took their advice and it simply won’t allow me to login. I even reset my password on NOVA’s site and it still doesn’t work. Just a never-ending loop of “please verify email and password”.
Really? NOVA can do a lot better than this.
I have been NOVA trained and certified for several years so I installed this app hoping it would be a good resource. It doesn’t let you do anything without a username and password but offers no link to sign up or info on where to obtain one. It won’t even give you information on the upcoming conference without a login. The landing page and login pages look like they were designed by a 1st grader. I EXPECTED SO MUCH MORE FROM NOVA! Their training is very professional and they help so many people but can’t seem to help themselves and poor programming. SAD!
