Resetting my clock

I can no longer adjust my time if I have forgotten to log in.previously I was able to go back and put in my proper time to take a break and the same for logging back in but now it won’t allow me to adjust the clock for my work hours.

It takes me nearly 20 minutes to of repeat tries to clock in or out.
