Resetting my clock
I can no longer adjust my time if I have forgotten to log in.previously I was able to go back and put in my proper time to take a break and the same for logging back in but now it won’t allow me to adjust the clock for my work hours.
Worst Time Card Ever
It takes me nearly 20 minutes to of repeat tries to clock in or out.
Doesn’t work
It has a hard time clocking in and out. Takes many tries before it works.
Punches Won’t Take
At least a couple times a week when I go to make a time punch in or out I’ve got to make the punch log out, log back in, make the punch, log back out, wait a few minutes, log back in, make the punch, and then check and repeat the process until the punch takes.

Support will not help unless your an administrator
Doesn’t help if you have a problem with app will only talk to a administrator or higher! This doesn’t help when no one is available to call!
Not user friendly
This app is not user friendly at all. The simple process of clock in and out is fine. But if you need to make any corrections then good luck trying to figure that out. It logs me out at least once a day. I spent 30 minutes trying to correct a missed punch. If you don’t make sure the home page refreshes before you clock in/out it won’t take it. But you won’t know until you go to clock in/out again. If I need to look at my current week attendance, it defaults to the previous week each time.

Won’t Let Me Log In
Constantly give me a message saying that mobile access is not enabled.

Hardly ever loads and even on the rare occasion it does I can’t punch in because it just sits there loading over and over. I get great service where I am on everything else so it’s not that…
Bad app
It works really great! I love how easy and convient this app is to use!
Time clock
I have been using this app for about 2 weeks for my job since they use this app for time clock. I am a night shift worker and i clock in around 9pm and leave around 6am. Every time i punch in, it kicks me off by quittin time (6am). Not sure if this is an issue with the app or if its localised just to us or a possible setting that needs to be changed

Hasn’t worked for me in almost a year.
When it worked for me it worked great. I have been getting a pop up on log in since July 2021 and have not been able to use the app.
Not working.
I’ve tried to log in, over and over again, changed my password to see if maybe it would let me log in then and still no luck. I have put everything in correct and I’m still not able to login to the app. Negative 5 stars for the simple fact that it makes it very difficult to login and get my PTO time.
