So annoying

I have to use this app everyday, and it is always a pain. Never loads, app always is being updated and each update makes it worse. Please make the app simple, fast, and customizable.

Slow

This app is really helpful for work, but that is only when I can get the app to load on my phone. I have to wait a minimum of 5 minutes just to see the opening screen on the app and I have to slowly use the app for 15 minutes until it will start working at a reasonable speed. I have to click icons multiple times for it to register, and it takes about 3-5 minutes for it to register. The app is great and is very helpful for work but it is extremely slow to a point where it is not useful for me on shift.

took necessary things away

Quickly updated the app because it told me too. When I went back to see what my shift was for tomorrow and the days in the week, it no longer gave me the option to switch the day and shift times.

Please add this

This app still needs a lot of fixing, but if you could add the ability to mute specific chats, that would be great. There are some chats that are important to check, but I don’t need a notification for every single time an employee puts a message in them. Thanks.

Cannot see positions on shift

When I go to the shift tab on the app I cannot see the positions for who is working where.
