Beware: Untrustworthy and Unreliable
I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with Novel Student. Recently, without any prior notice, they sold our accommodation to another company and kicked us out of their app, informing us only after the transaction was completed. This occurred despite many of us having already rebooked for the upcoming term, based on the assumption that we would continue under the same management.
This action was not just deceptive but a blatant breach of trust. They encouraged us to rebook without disclosing this significant change, clearly aware that many of us would reconsider staying.To make matters worse, we lost our rebooking discounts and all our tenancy information after being kicked out of their app.
Their actions demonstrate a disregard for the well-being and trust of their residents. I strongly advise potential residents to think twice before trusting Novel Student with their accommodation needs.

It’s crap. Three times I have setup a direct debit and it hasn’t worked yet !

Unless I am missing something I find this app absolutely awful. There doesn’t seem to be a section to review account information. I pay across amounts based on payment schedule and hope for the best that it gets allocated correctly.
