They won’t allow a subscription cancellation, it’s not on Apple Pay subscriptions and then their so called “customer service” just takes you to a facebook page.

You’re charging for 15 chapters doesn’t make sense the amount of funds the books are awesome but to go through a subscription it’s insane

I logged into my account today, just like I do every single day to collect my daily coins and read my story, only to find that the book I’ve been reading—my main book, the one I’ve been investing my time, coins, and emotions into—is completely gone from my library. I searched for it, and to my shock, every single chapter I had already unlocked and paid for is locked again.
Do you understand how frustrating that is? I was already over chapter 100, and now it’s like everything I’ve read and paid for doesn’t even exist anymore. I didn’t delete the book, I didn’t log out, I didn’t switch devices—nothing. Yet somehow all my progress and paid chapters just disappeared like it means nothing.
I’ve spent coins, time, and energy on your app because I genuinely enjoyed using it. But this? This feels like a total scam. If a book gets taken down, changed, or moved, users who already paid for content deserve their progress and purchases restored. It’s completely unfair and unacceptable to just erase it without notice.
I need you to restore my access to all the chapters I’ve already unlocked or refund me the coins I used—immediately. I can provide the book title, chapter range, and even proof of coin transactions if necessary. But I refuse to let my money and time go to waste over a glitch or mishandled update.
Fix this issue now, or I’ll be warning other readers not to waste their time and money on an app that doesn’t value its users’ purchases.

Some of these stories are good but omg they are practically scamming you out of money to read them. Their “monthly subscriptions” are just for coins only, you don’t get full access to stories like other apps. The farther you get into a story the more it costs. Some are over 300 chapters. To read it all without depending on a daily reload or watching countless ads, you’re paying hundreds of dollars. This shouldn’t be permitted or they need to grant full access to people who have monthly subscriptions

I read a portion of a book, spent over 20x the amount a good book at a store would have been and there were errors in almost every paragraph. The audacity

I bought some coins thinking it would get me a good ways into the book but it did not. So I started looking at subscriptions to see if there was a way to unlock all chapters if you were a subscriber. There was not. Super disappointed with this app. You can buy an audio book with other apps at a lot cheaper price. Deleting this app.

For the price you shouldn’t have to use coins. It’s ridiculous and not worth the cost.
Too expensive
The coins required to purchase a chapter is criminal. Surely the app producers can make better deals to encourage readership. Even purchasing a weekly or monthly package still doesn’t allow you to finish a book and you’d need to keep topping up with extra coins. It’s a shame because the stories I’ve started to read were enjoyable but I will not waste my money. How can a book cost you at least £100 to read?

Short and pricey
The chapters are 5 pages (too short to be a chapter) and the option to view ads to unlock the next chapter would be great if the chapters weren’t so short. I have Kindle Unlimited and pay for it but that gives me access to as many books as I want without having to watch ads or pay for coin to buy my next chapter. The books on the app might be good but not worth the price or hassle to unlock the next 5 page chapter.

The stories are great but the top up are to much and go by really fast and no one wants to sit there and read or watch ads just to get more coins there’s other apps that charge less.

Expensive
I love the novels but hate how expensive it is! I have read a few books on here now and have spent close to $100 to finish reading some of the books. One in particular I spent money to read all of the chapters available a few months ago, went in today to see if the story had been updated yet and it’s completely locked down again. I’m not seeing an option to even restore previous purchases. Another app I’ve found offers a monthly subscription fee and have unlimited reading which is 100 times better than paying per chapter. I would love to finish Alpha’s Forbidden Attraction , but I refuse to pay for chapters again that I had already paid for.
