App cancellation
The app is impossible to cancel even though it links you to your own subscription page, the app is not there to cancel. Customer service does not respond to emails!
Can’t CANCEL a subscription
it’s impossible to cancel a subscription as it doesn’t show up in your subscriptions on your phone, and can’t cancel it from the app. have tried to email them no reply DONT get this app. waiting for my banking app to update so i can block the payments!
Auto renew issues
I set up the weekly plan as I was trying to finish one of the stories. When I went to cancel it it is not showing in my iOS subscriptions to cancel, I tried to contact customer service but it keeps saying my messages to them can’t be sent. While the book was good this experience is terrible. There’s no ability to make contact with the company and their instructions are incorrect, seems very deceptive.

You’re charging for 15 chapters doesn’t make sense the amount of funds the books are awesome but to go through a subscription it’s insane

I am beyond furious right now. I logged into my account today, just like I do every single day to collect my daily coins and read my story, only to find that the book I’ve been reading—my main book, the one I’ve been investing my time, coins, and emotions into—is completely gone from my library. I searched for it, and to my shock, every single chapter I had already unlocked and paid for is locked again.
Do you understand how frustrating that is? I was already over chapter 100, and now it’s like everything I’ve read and paid for doesn’t even exist anymore. I didn’t delete the book, I didn’t log out, I didn’t switch devices—nothing. Yet somehow all my progress and paid chapters just disappeared like it means nothing.
I’ve spent coins, time, and energy on your app because I genuinely enjoyed using it. But this? This feels like a total scam. If a book gets taken down, changed, or moved, users who already paid for content deserve their progress and purchases restored. It’s completely unfair and unacceptable to just erase it without notice.
I need you to restore my access to all the chapters I’ve already unlocked or refund me the coins I used—immediately. I can provide the book title, chapter range, and even proof of coin transactions if necessary. But I refuse to let my money and time go to waste over a glitch or mishandled update.
Fix this issue now, or I’ll be warning other readers not to waste their time and money on an app that doesn’t value its users’ purchases.

Some of these stories are good but omg they are practically scamming you out of money to read them. Their “monthly subscriptions” are just for coins only, you don’t get full access to stories like other apps. The farther you get into a story the more it costs. Some are over 300 chapters. To read it all without depending on a daily reload or watching countless ads, you’re paying hundreds of dollars. This shouldn’t be permitted or they need to grant full access to people who have monthly subscriptions

I bought some coins thinking it would get me a good ways into the book but it did not. So I started looking at subscriptions to see if there was a way to unlock all chapters if you were a subscriber. There was not. Super disappointed with this app. You can buy an audio book with other apps at a lot cheaper price. Deleting this app.
