Awful customer service- impossible to get refund
My order got cancelled on me without any clear reason given. I still have yet to get my refund back after 3 weeks. I have been in contact with customer service for 3 weeks and they demand the only way they can send me a refund is if I give them my bank account information (which I rightfully am refusing to do.) Terrible service and terrible inventory mismanagement.

The fees are RIDICULOUS!!!
I thought I found a reasonable price for a pair of running shoes for ASICS at $164, and this being my very first purchase on this platform I would have thought I would have received at least free shipping because I ended up playing $34 on shipping! $19 processing fee and $16 on sales tax! That’s almost $70 worth in fees for shoes!!! I ended up paying $234!!!! I will never be using this platform again if I even receive my shoes. Absolutely ridiculous for a first time buy. I only gave 2 stars because I like the colorway of the shoes. Run far away from Novelship, you are better off just buying shoes in person at the store.

Bought a pair of Kobe 11s on this app today. I will remember this day and the day I receive the shoes as they are already very special to me. Cost an arm and a leg but it’s going to be worth it. These shoes will help me get back on track with my life I’m sure, I love playing basketball and hope to make a career out of it someday. But I haven’t been putting myself first. I’ll be back with a proper review of the shoes when I receive them

Can’t sell from US
Why even allow this on US AppStore? Can’t sell unless you are in Asian country
Fingers crossed
Found this website confusing let’s hope the product is right
Great site
New online marketplace site to me. Hard to find and highly sought after items. The authentication middle step between seller and buyer that Novelship provides is what has been missing in secondary marketplace selling sites, particularly for high end items subject to counterfeiting. I do think this is way beyond “sneakers” and the the site name should just be shortened to Novelship.
