New online marketplace site to me. Hard to find and highly sought after items. The authentication middle step between seller and buyer that Novelship provides is what has been missing in secondary marketplace selling sites, particularly for high end items subject to counterfeiting. I do think this is way beyond “sneakers” and the the site name should just be shortened to Novelship.

Misleading Return Policy & Terrible Customer Service
I paid AUD 213 for a brand-new pair of shoes. After they didn’t fit, Novelship offered me only AUD 58.04 as a refund, while keeping the original shipping fee and requiring me to pay for international return shipping.
No clear explanation or breakdown of the deductions was ever provided.
This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Their return process is not transparent, and I would never buy from Novelship again. Buyers should be extremely cautious.

I love the options, there are so many amazing styles to choose from. Unfortunately both pairs I have ordered took about 5 weeks to arrive. When I queried this I got fobbed off pretty much. I think the variety is amazing but the shipping cost, time it takes to receive an order and the communication from Customer Service really needs to improve. There needs to be time penalties for suppliers if they can’t get them to the company on time. I realise an ETA is an estimated time of arrival, but when your website says it takes a few days to receive from the supplier and it actually takes weeks, that’s not good enough. Maybe your website timeframes needs to be adjusted to match actual delivery timeframes
