I signed up realized it wasn’t for me and went to cancel and come to find out I can’t cancel. I reach out the support email and the keep giving me the same canned response “ sorry we put it in the important notes” again, I cannot access my account so I am use it and they refuse to refund me. I've tried cancelling multiple times but they don't have an unsubscribe, if you didn't do it through Apple then you can't just unsubscribe. I keep getting charged because I can't cancel. I'm so beyond frustrated and irritated

I am being charged for a subscription that I never subscribed to, I didn’t even download this app!!!!! I just downloaded it to try to make it stop but I don’t have any way!!!! I’m now being charged $17 a week and have no way to stop it

Unauthorised attempt for payment
I cancelled a free trial as did not like the app. Today an attempt to take money from my account was made. This was unsuccessful as luckily my account was empty. I have re downloaded the app. I cannot find a way to contact the company to ensure they remove my card details.

They continuously try and charge credit cards. Every single day. Anywhere from 2.99-16.99. Won’t cancel my subscription. Thank god for a smart credit card company. Do not download. Do not put your information down. Do not make the same mistake I did.
