I just installed app in curiosity to explore the fares and app's ui what i really found is the default map integration on this app is weird in terms of searching accurate landmarks/ locations on map locally is a big headache, while searching destination within jammu city it quickly shows suggestions about delhi or Bangalore, It even showed me cab ride from jammu to lahore 😆, Prices are exorbitant high and there should be some promotional code/ payment related discounts be provided to customers for better customer acquisition/ retention. It still feels like the app developers has copy pasted majority code from uber/ola available on the open-source. As it's not well optimised with jammu area main landmarks.

The address marking system is a joke. It’s nearly impossible to select the correct pickup or drop location. The whole process is frustrating and feels like it was designed without any real-world testing or user input.
But the worst part? The fare. You show one price when booking, and by the time I reach my destination, it magically increases by ₹150 or more. This is nothing short of cheating.

Highly unprofessional, Charge you 2.5x of what they quote.
I took a ride and got to pay them 2.5x fare. Later I inquired from their support team which is even more ridiculous. They disconnected the phone call twice without even answering the query. Its a monopolistic and unethical app.
Charged excessively during my trip
I was charged over 50 percent more than the fare during my trip. After speaking with various customer service representatives, I was informed by the owner that the additional charge was due to heavy traffic congestion. As a frequent user of Uber, Ola, and Indrive, I have never encountered such issues; these companies typically investigate the circumstances and promptly refund any overcharges when the customer is not at fault. Unfortunately, the owner of this Novo cab company lacks the ability to resolve disputes, and despite numerous discussions, I have yet to receive a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this app for local travel and suggest using auto services or established ride-sharing options like Uber, Ola, or Indrive instead.

Too much expensive
When I registered cab it showed fare between 236 to 300 but at end ended up in 457. This is ridiculous service , which electric cab charges that much ,better to go via autos and e rickshaws nova loots u .Totally dissatisfied with this much amount .
Useless app
Once I booked a ride and the fare shows 143 rupees after completing my ride the driver asks me to pay 270 rupees and I opened the nova app it also shows 270 rupees ….The nova app is totally fraud don’t download this app

Drivers are really trouble creators.... first asked to pay extra for ac even after booking an ac cab.... later came to know driver didn't mark payment as paid and now am unable to book cab
