Novo cinemas app - UAE
Hi, I tried to book the Patriot movie on the Novo app at Dragon Mart. Unfortunately, the payment page is not loading, and I am unable to complete the booking. I have tried multiple times using both my phone and the website, but the issue persists.
This is quite frustrating. At the very least, there should be an in-built live chat option on the Novo app and website for immediate support. I am also unsure when I can expect a response to this message.
Overall, this is very disappointing and not user-friendly. And also I tried to submit my concerns in the app itself unfortunately that is also not working !!!!!
