The app is terrible. The old version is better. How do you call an upgrade?

Why give UAE users an app if web browsing is forced?

After a mid year update, the app is completely unusable for UAE users. The app forces you to open the browser instead to see the movie catalogue.

Now a user-hostile app

The old app was fine. You could browse movies, buy tickets, and buy food without creating an account. Now not only is an account required but it also keeps nagging to turn notifications on.

The irony, as always, is their message that the changes are to make a better user experience. Give me a break!

Five starts. Honestly it’s a really good app to use and it has very good facilities in the actual cinema like if you choose 7 star you can have a full course meal with luxurious seats.

Mid year 2025 update is weird

After update in July, it worked fine, then in August, even after update, whenever launching the apps, the update now pop up again, and coz it was already updated, only option is open.
Then the circle continues, open, update now, open, update now.
How on earth we can use the app?

Deceiving app and services

Whaat is happening with Novo?? The old app was so user friendly and now complicated and ugly. Also in Novo Qatar service of 7star food was very bad. Cold food and no cutlery no tissues after we asked many times. Dont put edamame and corn on menu unless we asked many times for it to staff. Very deceiving i would prefer spend money other places since anyway movies are also declining in quality.

App problem

The new app is malfunctioning
It is very frustrating

Never booking with you again! Takes them 21 days to give a refund..

Wow! The first instant in my entire life. A refund process taking more than a month. Never booking with you guys again. Plus horrible experience with your staffs at the Sahara Centre

Crashes and loses tickets

No update made since decades and the app is not working well. My QR code was never ever fixed and the free tickets disappear when the app bugs. (While you are booking!). Should find solutions asap.

I love novo cinemas, but the app is full of bugs, I can’t see my dashboard and most of the things in there doesn’t work. Please reform the app, make a complete reformation

The app is amazing but we need opinions for book food and drinks online also

You need to integrate Apple Wallet

The app will be great if bookings can be added to Apple Wallet. It will make it much easier for users. Also the Novo club card should be added to the Wallet too.
