I found the mobile app easy to use with intuitive, and very simple steps!
User Friendly
It’s very much user friendly so far I have seen. Compare to the last 1 & 2 years it’s totally different & easy to use now.
Slow, unresponsive and crash frequently
Downloaded latest version till date but still the app is slow, unresponsive and crash frequently. Website is comparatively better. Either standardize the app or remove from App Store.

Buggy app, it shows only white screen. Also NovoAir website is not user friendly.

Recently the app not working. For booking any ticket not proceeding the further step. Previously the app was great but now it’s look like a crap.

Hi there. Sorry for letting you know that I downloaded this application today and every time I re-open the app, it shows error; crashes or white screen stays there. I am using iPhone X at the moment, please look into this issue and try to fix it as soon as you can then I would be really happy to change the rating. My family members are frequent flyer of NOVOAIR. I expect it to be corrected and would appreciate if you positively look into this. All the best.

Is this even an app?
Judging the performance, it’s one prehistoric wrapped up website for my phone
Had to delete right after the download
Serious changes required, slow and takes a huge loading time. Maybe will try a re-download after 6 month :/
