Worst app I have ever used
Not easy to use, when filing a claim, I need to fill in so much info, which are now all relavent at all.
And when I filled 20-30 fields and just need to dig out my ic photo, it exit and everything filled in is gone!!

What is the point of this app? To frustrate? This does absolutely nothing.
There isn’t a log in function, finding close clinics is a joke because you can’t even use this provider for an upfront payment.
You can’t submit a claim on this app, even though there’s a button that says you can.

I’ve spent ages filling in all the fields and then at the last step it crashes. Tried loads of times to submit and it happens every time. What a waste of space

In line with the mediocre digital offering by Now Health this is a completely useless App that is not worth to be downloaded. Belibgs in the bin.
Doesn’t work
Find a medical provider (needed when one is sick) is searching forever (also the treatment type list is not fully populated). Under settings “find a medical provider” goes to a blank page. The features that work display website pages (poorly formatted for iPhone) and submit a claim form - although when you click return on the keyboard it stays visible. So...most features don’t work and those that do are poor quality. I tried to phone Now Health’s 24 hour helpline but they don’t answer. So use an alternative insurance?

Useless app that does not work
Find a Medical Provider does not load or work at all. Useless app that’s a waste of memory space on your phone.
Horrible app for claims!
This is a horrible, poorly design app. Makes submitting claims very painful. It keeps crashing every time I try to make a claim from Singapore. Wasted 30 mins and had to call customer support. Happened 5 times. I gAve up! Shame on you Now Health

This update make me sick
1. After the update, all my preset claim detail info from the app is gone. I have to re-type it all over again!
2. There is bug on the preset claim detail. The placeholder info cannot be saved at the first time, I need to do it twice before the app can save all my detail. Where is the QA process on this release?

Great little app that makes it easier for us to find medical providers and to submit claimforms. Works like a charm!
