Due to my organisation recommendation we have to open an account with them and now we are stuck with it…. This app some don’t even open stuck with face ID also the way they charge for every service is worst.

EID cannot update
Softcopy of front side is scanning but backside cannot. I dont have physical EID. Please fix

We cannot transfer money to any bank of Uae.
2nd there is limit of 2k we can transfer to now money to now money
3rd we can’t withdraw more than 5k with 24 hours.
They should open all these options and transfer and withdraw limits.

I submitted my documents and wait almost 1 month but my account never got active. Nobody send an email to update me and now I’m worrying about my documents I shared with them. I can’t trust them anymore. Not recommended at all.
