What is the point of me being charged for something that I am unable to watch ?? I have uninstalled the app, I’ve turned my phone off, I have even bought the $7.99 subscription thinking somehow it would work instead of the $5.99 and still nothing …..
Amazing app fr
This app is amazing and I really can’t complain . The shows are amazing and drama filled with good story lines just as I like it. A few things I think the team should add or consider adding is captions, and a player in player option for people who watch on mobile or iPad! This would be amazing and one of the best updates for the app

I payed for my subscription five times and i still can’t watch, this is so horrible. Yall take people money and leave others like this. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or something but i can only watch the live and every time i try to watch it asks me to pay for the subscription again. I NEED A REFUND!!!

I renewed my subscription and it’s still trying to make me pay it happened already 3 times ZUES COULD NEVER .. and they never got back to me all they said was its a bug but never got my subscription nor a refund

Shows are good but some cons are that it won’t save where you leave off and the screen can’t minimize on non-roku tv’s.
Paid for a month, getting 20days to watch.
It has good shows, but I don't think I am getting my full month of service.. e.g I got billed on May 15 and it says it's until June 4.. that's not a full month of service I paid for ?
