App no longer works
The app now says that I need to update but no update is available.
Horrible. ALWAYS breaking down.
NowClinic is the most stupidest unhelpful app. if you’re wondering why im being so bitter, it’s because i can’t refill my lexapro due to this damn app being down ALL the time. A bug happens every damn week where they don’t take anyone’s insurance and won’t even waive the fee. Not only that, but customer service isn’t helpful. all you get is a “i’m sorry, do u want a ticket claim?” and the ticket claim doesn’t even do anything. I think me trying to use this app is making my mental health worse instead of fixing it. THANKS nowclinic!

Dr Choe is a blessing and is truly operating in his gift. It’s difficult to find an Urgent Care provider who takes time with the patient. He explained the medications and listened to my concerns.

Im pregnant and needed anti nausea meds my dr wasnt intoday so i jumped on here wait time was about 15:20 min and visit was less then 5 perfect got what i needed thank you
